Hydrocal Silo Calibration

Pneutrol International Limited have expanded their comprehensive calibration services to encorporate silo calibrations using force calibration.  Many of our customers recognise the importance of regular and accurate silo calibrations but the inconvenience of having to empty the silo prior to calibration is often difficult and time consuming.  Pneutrol International have addressed these issues with the development of the HydroCal System.

For the first time, HydroCal offers customers a non intrusive method of cost effectively calibrating silos without having to charge or discharge material during the calibration process.  This major development overcomes many of the previous obstructions and time constraints to allow Pneutrol International engineers to perform a full scale calibration using a customised hydraulic jacking system.
